Believe it or not, the Department of Education is in the market for Remington shotguns. In the post below from FedBizzOps website, the government agency that came up with the idea of No Child Left Behind and is responsible for enforcing federal education laws announces it is in the market for twenty-seven Remington 870 Police shotguns.
The Remington 870 comes in several flavors, including a police “entry gun” with a 14 inch barrel (illegal for commoners) and a modular combat version. Remington also manufactures the 870MCS, described as a “breeching weapon” with a 10 inch barrel.
Is the Department of Education expecting problems or do they plan to selectively enforce government “education” (indoctrination) laws at gunpoint? Can you think of any other reason why government bureaucrats would need police shotguns?

The shotgun ordered is a cross between the 2 above…
it is pretty much the second(below) one with the 14″ barrel(top one).
So my question is why in the hell do they need this
compact short version that is illegal to us common folk?
Are teachers planning on carrying concealed?
